3D Models and Reality Capture for Visualization and Documentation

Photogrammetry-based 3D models of buildings, structures, and sites — available for projects that require three-dimensional documentation, BIM integration, or visualization. ARC Digital Site captures the aerial data and processes it into textured 3D meshes, point clouds, and related outputs in industry-standard formats.

Architects and engineering firms integrating aerial data into BIM workflows, preservation teams documenting structures in three dimensions, and project owners who need a visual 3D record of a building or site for planning, marketing, or historical documentation.

Deliverables depend on the project scope and may include textured 3D meshes (OBJ/FBX), point clouds (LAS/E57), and interactive web viewers. All models are built from high-overlap aerial photography captured on-site and processed through photogrammetric software.

We discuss the structure or site, the intended use for the model, and the output formats your team works with. On-site capture involves a structured flight pattern designed for photogrammetric processing. Deliverables are typically ready within a few business days.

All flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 regulations. The Remote Pilot in Command retains final authority over flight safety and may adjust or postpone operations based on weather, airspace, or site conditions.
